Next Women Generation is a platform that you can find inspiring stories of role models who break the ceiling that prevents women and girls from accessing equal rights and opportunities. This project aims to shift people’s perspective toward women’s roles in society from being victims to change agents. It also voices the needs and concerns of young leaders on sustainable development and gender equality. This project showcases leadership stories of young leaders working in business, non-profit, and public sectors. Next Women Generation is a self-funded project, led by Sotheary You who works to promote women’s rights and gender equality.
